Cabin Fever - Reviewed by Jamie McElwain (2nd Class)

The name of the book is Diary of a Wimpy Kid - Cabin Fever. The characters are Greg, Manny, Mum and Dad. At the start of the story Manny wanted his ornament to go first on the Christmas Tree. My favourite part of the story is in the middle. This is when Greg gives Manny a hot dog with Mustard. Manny had a temper tantrum because the mustard was the wrong way on the hotdog.

At the end of the story, Greg and his family get into the newspaper. I thought the book was funny and it was nice to read. I will tell all my friends to read it. I would give it 10/10. I only have six more books to get to have the whole collection so I hope I get them soon.

They were living in a house when a load of snow was piling up and they couldn't get out of the house for awhile and soon the electricity went out! Or did it? I read the book Cabin Fever. It was written by Jeff Kinney. The story took place at Greg's house. Manny is my favourite character because he's so funny and calls Greg "Bubbly" and because he messes with Greg's stuff. Greg and Rowley loved dummies so they set up a bazaar, selling loads of dummies. But then it started snowing and by the next day, it was up to their mailbox. But their mom made them do work so it was like they were still in school. I really liked this book because Greg nearly got arrested and got stuck in his house for a very long time. This book was just right and I would give it 10 out of 10.

My favourite book is Diary of a Wimpy Kid - Cabin Fever by Jeff Kinney. It's about a boy called Greg Heffly and his friend Rowly. The boys have a lot of adventures together. Greg goes around to peoples houses to shovel their driveways for five bucks.

Coach Malone teaches P.E. but the boys don't like all the training. They do small push-ups and they pretend to do the exercises for homework. My favourite part is when Greg's dad gets a new car because it's a sports car. I'd give this book 10/10.

The characters in this story are Manny, Greg, Dad and Mum. My favourite bit was when Greg gave Manny the "Student of the Week" ticket and then Manny put the ticket on the car. Then when Greg saw the ticket on the car he was surprised and tried to get it off. He scrubbed it. The steel wool made the bumper sticker come off. The steel wool didn't just scrape the the bumper sticker and bugs off the car, it scraped the paint off too. So then Dad bought a new car. Dad was not happy about that. Mum was excited about the new car. I thought this book was funny and interesting. I would give this book 10 out of 10.
